I ordered a pair of boots from them on June 28th, 2023 order number #4357 and paid extra for expedited shipping which said they boots would be shipped within 7 business days. When checking the tracking, I see that the boots have not even been shipped. I have sent multiple emails with no response and now I just want my money back. Do not buy expedited shipping as it is a scam and I'm beginning to think the whole website is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Desired outcome: Refund

The company does not exist I have done a lot of digging they are in Canada at a building that s not there ,,phone number says it’s not working email doses exit they took my mo ey right away but not wayto contact them I should have read all the reviews they are sarcasm big time,
