Shipt review: Ignored fraud claim and gave false delivery info

On 4/2/2022, while traveling out of the country, my Shipt account was hacked and multiple attempted purchases were made using my payment information. When I woke up and became aware of the situation I immediately contacted Shipt via telechat and was told that my account had been frozen and all attempted purchases were blocked. I was told to call customer service when I returned to the US to unfreeze my account. When I arrived back to US I called Shipt the following business day (4/10/2022) and found that one fraudulent purchase was indeed made and items delivered to this hacker's address using my credit card totaling $463.11. When I brought this to the customer service agent's attention she relayed that because the order was more than 7 days old that I would have to contact the payments department by email. I emailed the address provided and received no reply. I then filed a fraud claim with my credit card company, however when they requested information from Shipt incorrect information was given with a document that stated that these items were delivered to my address. I reached back out to Shipt on 6/14/2022 and again requested a resolution to this fraudulent charge or at least documentation stating that the account was hacked and items were not delivered to my address which the agent clearly stated and confirmed on the phone. After more than 45 minutes on hold and after expressly requesting multiple times to either speak to the payments department or a supervisor I was told that I could not be connected with anyone from payments or a supervisor and that I could only email the payments department or she could send a request for a supervisor to call me back. Further, she stated that she was not allowed to provide me with any documentation verifying that my account had been hacked. The conversation ended with her stating that she placed a request for a supervisor to call me back and on this day, 6/16/2022 no such person has called me back. This company seems to be based on the premise that you cannot reach anyone who has the ability to actually resolve anything, ever. They continue to claim that administrative offices are only reachable by email, but fail to respond to email requests. I have since canceled my Shipt membership and will no longer do business with this company ever again.
