Shipbymail review: Parcel forwarding

I was trying to import some Canadian goods. I created an account with SHIPBYMAIL, but wanted to update some information on my account for the future shipments. Their agent, Rebecca, recommended me to create a new account as she deleted my old one. So, I visited their website again, but then it stated my information has already been registered.

I gave up using their service, as I cannot login with my old information either. One good thing is they refunded me pretty quickly. However, it is not comfortable to know that some business collect your information, even though they do not provide you any services.
