Shelby ResortsPoor customer services

We booked our hotel room through Shelby Resorts for the Maui property of Wyndham resorts. When we arrived everything was OK but when we were speaking to some other guests at the hotel pool we learned that we were paying almost double than if we booked directly through Wyndham directly. I contacted Shelby Resorts for an explanation and they didn't return our call until we were back in Wisconsin. They didn't provide us with a valid reason for why our price was more than if we booked directly through Wyndham.

I would advise against booking your vacation with Shelby Resorts, and go directly through Wyndham if you plan to stay at their property.

    It's not Shelby's fault you booked through them when there was another less expensive option you didn't research to find before hand now is it??
