Shekou review: Missing item

I ordered a pair of pants that were considered a pre-order item on June 24th 2022. I calculated all the time it would take for the pants to come considering covid, shipping, the making of the pants, etc. I have still yet to receive the item and it is now June 5th, 2023. I have contacted the company several times and have either been ignored, or told that covid was delaying orders. However, several customers that ordered their items several months after I had ordered mine, received their packages 1-3 months off their order date. I really just want the pants I ordered due to the fact they don’t offer refunds. Please help as much as you can, thank you.
