Shanghai TYD Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. review: droihealth app.

Hello,
This concerns the following Chinese company: Shanghai TYD Electronic Technology Co. Ltd.
This company is a developer of DroiHealth App (卓易健康) both for Android and iOS, being sold at Google Play and Apple Store.
Our customers can't connect their devices or even enter DroiHealth account, the app always shows error and works incorrectly.
Hundreds of users are irritated and very dissapointed. But the supplier just ignors their complaints and requests to fix the problem.
Please help us to enforce this supplier to respond complaints, fix errors or propose customers an adequate solution.
