folks at chw sent service call pros came wed.at 3pm [protected]) His name was Emory and all he did was check my freon tool that looked like a screwdriver. he said it was low. he said he would have to put in a claim in unless i paid for it ahead of time and still put in the claim with other things he found. i said how much he said 200.00. So i paid him and he was so unprofessional not wanting to check the system. Anyway i called and spoke to richard ext 2594 and she called them and the hadnt put the claim in yet. So she cancelled them and sent someone else today and it was Winter Home Services they came this morning Steven was great he checked everything and put a little more freon in. He said i didnt need any services on Duct work, clean coil and drain, pipe that is blocked. So Emory from service pro lied. i Had to ask him to look inside the house. i want my 200.00 back they cashed [protected]. I called your office no help .please look into this matter . service pro said they would have to be reassigned in order to send in work order. i am not paying for anything else. this is taking advantage of the elderly and handicapped.
