Service Plus Home Warranty claimed closed twice with out repair or replacing

Policy #: 787002760washer claim that is what is stated in contract you should be replacing not prorating the washer for wear and tear-false advertising just giving me 280 for washer when your contract states other wise this is not fair my claim was put in oct 2022 it is now Jan 2023 and still no washer resolution called me stating they will give me a check for 280 which is ridiculous I expect a better resolution her name was Isabela first she said 200 then she heard my reaction and raised it to 280 per 3 -8 week waiting period for check will equal another waiting period for 2 more months this is not fair and totally unacceptable your policy states you will replace the washer not prorated I need a washer not money to go buy one you are suppose to replace my washer as stated by contactor not give me what you feel like it for it not giving me even half of what I paid for it and I dont understand if this cannot be resolved correctly I do not want to continue this contact for breech of contact I have never had an issue before with any warranty company I plan to cancel this contract asap this is not a warranty company I would like to continue with

we will replace the appliance with an ENERGY STAR qualified product

If I could give it - stars I would. The service covered on the customer portal clearly states plumbing. After notifying them that I had a plumbing issue in my bathroom they located a plumber after about a week. The courteous plumber saw my problem and then said he was to collect $75.00. I gladly paid him assuming he was going to fix the problem. He came back 15 minutes later and said the company denied the service. He apologized profusely but said his hands were tied and that he was going to reevaluate whether to continue with Service Plus as he felt that it was almost theft. I was unable to get a clear reason why my claim was denied. I'm washing my hands with this company, and June 1st will be my last payment.
