Serenata Flowers damaged flowers

The roses that I received on the 13th of February 2018 are old and damaged, with petals falling off. Also the petals are already black and damaged. Furthermore, in the pictures attached it can clearly be seen that the delivered roses do not match the picture on the website. This is not the level of quality assured by the website, I'm very disappointed. I would like a refund. Order number: [protected]

Serenata Flowers flower order for molly kolosowski order # [protected]

I ordered flowers for my mother' birthday on January 8. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address and the occupiers did not return from vacation for a number of days. When they did they phoned my nephew and he collected them. Serenata agreed to supply another bouquet. That arrived last Friday and most of the flowers were dead or dying. I contacted Serenata who asked for photos. Photos sent embedded in an email, . Serenata messaged they could not open embedded images. I then attached photos to the next emil. Serenata claimed there were no attachments. Serenata has no phone contact and I suspect that this is their way of dealing with complaints Fob them off till they give up. I wish to add that I have now been told by my family that earlier Serenata deliveries were unsatisfactory but they were too kind to let me know. This company needs do some serious work on its product. I'll never use them again.

Serenata Flowers non existent company — ripoff

I made an order for a special delivery of a product, which required an extra payment for a specific day and time. When the product did not arrive as indicated I demanded a refund and have no way of contacting this organization, which appears to be a front on the internet -- and has no customer support or other operations behind it. From what I can tell this is a completely fraudulent business that should be removed from the internet, or at least Google should not allow you to search and find it.

I made the order the US and will now be using my US bank to dispute my payment with them. I suggest that all individuals stay away from this company.

too late ...

i tried to complain to a company that deals with complaints relating to florists and i got this response...

The retailer that you have entered is in our database but on previous claims has refused to co-operate with us. Therefore, we are unable to take your claim forward at this stage.

I also have gotten ripped off by this company. It’s appauking that they are allowed stay in business online. How can we stop this happening to someone else?

Serenata Flowers I have ordered a christmas rose to be delivered, and have not received any email to confirm this.

I placed an order for a delivery of a white Christmas rose to be delivered to Pam and Malcolm Cave. 31, Scardale way, Belmont, Durham, DH1 2TX. England on the 24th of December. The money has been taken from my account and I have had no confirmation of this order, no tracking number or any details whatsoever. This is causing me distress, it was a very important gift and I do not have much money. I have tried contacting customer services and the number does not exist. Could you please inform me what is happening as soon as possible please.

Serenata Flowers sunset serenade

I ordered sunset serenade deluxe for my mother's birthday, she happened to send me a photo of the flowers she received and it basically looks to me like a bunch of chrysanthemums with a few ears of corn! I would not have paid £30 for it if I had seen it before purchasing.
I have sent flowers through serenata several times and they have always been of high quality, the recipients have always been impressed. Unfortunately this time to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Not value for money, not even close to the item description. I have attached photos, I am sure you will understand why I am so disgusted.

I would like a full refund and the correct flowers sent

Serenata Flowers flowers have died within 3 days a complete rip off.

The flowers were delivered on Friday 20th October 2017, by Monday (23th October ) they were all dead, these flowers were for my mums birthday of which she was very disappointed with.My order number was [protected].I have ordered from yourselves many times in the past and this time I was very disappointed hence I will not be ordering again. I would like to request for a refund.

Serenata Flowers Bad experience

They have let me down and ruined my surprise!
I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and they scheduled the delivery. I also paid for an expedited shipping. I thought it would give me a guarantee. I was so wrong.
In the evening, one day before the birthday party, I got an email stating that my flowers won't be delivered on time due to an unforeseen situation. What situation?
In the morning I called them and they said they were ready to reschedule the delivery. No, thank you. I don't need them anymore. Regretted I spent the money on this unreliable service. Absolutely appalling.

Serenata Flowers 12 roses

Hi
I had a delivery for my daughter's wedding anniversary this morning .
It was supposedly 12 pink and red roses, but unfortunately she only received 10 .
I am not happy about this,
I only found out because she happened to say to me, 10 is an odd number to send it is normally 6 or 12 !
Can you please look into this for me, and then get back to me.

Serenata Flowers a dozen red roses - deluxe

I received some flowers from my boyfriend 2 days ago. When delivered the flowers were in a box that was damaged and when opened some of the petals were already brown. Withing just a day of the flowers arriving they had already started to wilt. I know that these flowers were not cheap and so I expected better quality for a 'deluxe' item. This is unacceptable as they were for a special occasion and so meant a lot. Please resolve this.

Serenata Flowers Avoid them

I am not going to write long complaints. My problem is that they didn't deliver flowers on time. Not even on the day when they were supposed to be delivered. It was a present for my mom and I was upset when I found out that the flowers won't be delivered. I had to look for another place on the same day.
Now I want a refund, it wasn't my fault and I don't need your flowers already.
So if it's possible, try to order from other places and never spend money on serenata flowers.

Serenata Flowers They avoid customers

I ordered a Strawberry Sundae bouquet for my mother and chose the delivery option. It was a surprise that she never received. When I understood this I tried to contact their customer service via email, because there's no phone number. But no one answered. I also wanted to leave a message on their website but they demand an order number I don't have. So what's your reason to avoid customers' requests for reviews?

Serenata Flowers customer services and website

I spent an hour and a half on the UK website, which I have used many times before, trying to place an order but the website would not take me through to the payment page. When this first happened I contacted customer services and had no response, but kept trying. Eventually I gave up and used another company and was able to place my order within a matter of minutes. I contacted Seranata to tell them how disappointed I was, and only then did I get a generic e-mail stating that it was my browser (Google) or my computer that was the problem not their website. It most definitely was, as I had no problem with Premier Flowers and I informed them of this. I got another generic e-mail exactly the same as the first. They just couldn't care less. I have used this company for many years and their total disregard for my loyalty is astounding. I will never use them again nor will any of my friends and family. I can see by many other reviews that this an on going problem for this company and I hope they wake up to what a shambles their customer service is before its too late. I have posted my bad experiences on Facebook and Twitter ad well as the Trusteer and many other review websites.

Serenata Flowers dead flowers upon delivery!

I ordered sympathy flowers for a family relative who recently lost a loved one. Upon delivery the flowers I ordered arrived dead! When I was told this by my relative I felt embarrassed especially because of the circumstances the flowers were ordered. The flowers had to be thrown away. This is not acceptable and do expect this to happen with such a reputable company. I would like another bouquet sent with fresh flowers.

Serenata Flowers my flowers were delivered to the wrong address!

I ordered flowers from this website www.serenataflowers.com and did not receive anything and only lost my money. When I contacted them and told that flowers did not arrive they were surprised to hear that and said that order was delivered. I told them again that I did not get my order and they promised to find out what happened. Later they contacted me and said that flowers were delivered to the wrong address. I asked for a refund and they said that they were not able to do that and offered me a discount on my next order. I refused.
Stay away from these people!

Serenata Flowers bad and dishonest company

I ordered flowers from SerenataFlowers and they were supposed to deliver them the next day. Since my order did not show up I contacted SerenataFlowers store and asked what was going on. The rep I spoke to said that due to some circumstances they were not able to deliver on that day and promised that flowers will arrive the next day. Unfortunately the next day my flowers did not show up and they started to hide and avoid me. Worst experience ever.

Serenata Flowers flowers not delivered!

Horrible customer experience! I was advised at Friday night that my flowers for Valentine's day would not be delivered on Sunday. When I tried to contact their customer service I was not able to talk to anyone in person. They never delivered the flowers and after tons of messages they offered me a 15% discount. No personal service, nobody taking responsibility, no sense of importance of getting the flowers delivered on this important day. I had to cancel the delivery and I'm very disappointed. Unacceptable service! I will never use this company again and suggest everyone to stay away from this place.

What an awful bouquet - was embarrassed to give these to my wife today - £40 rip off - very disappointing - full refund expected - what flowers are there are dead. I expect a full response and will not hesitate to voice my disappointment on social media- this as a Mother’s Day gift is just awful

Serenata Flowers wrong bouquet and it hasn't been delivered on time

Don’t deal with the website www.serenataflowers.com. I have ordered lily’s bouquet from them, and indicated that I needed it on 20/8/15. They delivered the bouquet next day and no excuse. As well as the bouquet wasn’t lilies and they refused to return any money back or small compensation because of the ruined surprise. It was the last time, when I have had deals with them. Not recommended place.

Serenata Flowers awful and bad-looking bouquet

I’m afraid that I won’t advise other people to order flowers from the company www.serenataflowers.com. I was really disappointed in the services. I ordered bouquet of lilies, but the bouquet looked pathetic. As well as the delivery guy asked to pay for the delivery, but on the website it was mentioned that the delivery was for free. Total ###. I was upset that I bought such crap and wasted money.
I will highly recommend other customers to avoid the company.

I would agree stay away from www.serentaflowers.com. Their customer service is appalling. You have to keep completing a form and when you ask someone to call you they won’t.
I ordered a bunch of flowers for my friends birthday and they didn’t turn up but more annoying was their courier service lied to say they tried to deliver at 8.30pm ( yep waited all day) and they said no one there so left a card. This is a complete lie as their was someone there and no card (or flowers) were left.
I have asked for a refund as Birthday was today but they are saying no as the courier did try and deliver. Money grabbers and basically I have paid them money for no goods. They said the courier will try and deliver again tomorrow but the Birthday was today not tomorrow. Fell totally let down and will be taking this further. Don’t use them stay with Onterflora.

Serenata Flowers they provided awful bouquets

The website www.serenataflowers.com is awful company, so better avoid them. I ordered flowers from them, but these jerks provided the wrong bouquet and it looked like piece of crap. The flowers were old and looked like rubbish. The company refused to provide money back or even any small compensation. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Serenata Flowers dreadful quality

Ordered flowers for £29.99. The flowers looked like they were 2 weeks old! Dreadful arrangement, with more foilage than flowers, they literally looked like they had been picked from a garden! I was to embarrassed to give them to the intended receipant as they looked so awful! The flowers that were present were going brown and drooping!

I contacted customer services who sent an automated response saying the flowers go through 5 sets of quality checks and wanted photographic evidence. I provided this and stated the quality checkers should be re-trained! Since this time I have sent a further number of emails and the "customer services" have not responded!

This is the worse flowers and service I have come across! No standard f quality at all and may as well have thrown £29.99 in the bin!

Ordered flowers to be delivered for someone's birthday on Tuesday 7th May. Admittedly there was a problem at the delivery address that day as access was impossible due to faulty entrance door (to block of flats) but no-one contacted me to let me know they could not make the delivery. Access was fine by the next day but three days later flowers have still not arrived. All attempts to contact Serenata are hopeless. Numerous phone numbers are listed on various sites but have been unable to get through on any of them. E-mails are replied to with a standard automated message saying "order is out for delivery". Very unhappy with this company. How can I get a refund if I cannot contact them.

Sorry, I do not agree either. How could those flowers possibly be two weeks old, they are still in bud. Even the rose, which is a rather unique colour and rather beautiful is still in bud, it just needs it's outer petals taking off, which would have been left on for protection during delivery. I bet this blossomed into a gorgeous display.

I also had a dreadful experience! They Sent the flowers 1 day after my sisters bday, they sent the wrong flower which looks cheap, i ordered 24.99 tracy klein flowers is the name and online it was so beautiful but they changed it, they charged me right but sent regular looking flowers.., customer service is no use even if u complaint.. They did not put the greeting message that I ENTERED on their site, sister has no greeting card, after I repeatedly emailed them about right address they sent the flowers on the wrong room number..

Never use this site, u will only be disappointed! They have beautiful reviews only on the site so it will appeal to customers..very deceiving!
