I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Sellvia has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I signed up with high hopes after seeing all the marketing hype, but the reality was a complete letdown.
First, the onboarding process was confusing and lacked proper guidance. I reached out to support multiple times and received delayed, copy-paste responses that didn’t actually resolve my issues. It felt like they didn’t care at all once they had my payment.
Then came the product fulfillment nightmare. Orders were slow to ship, tracking was unreliable, and my customers received low-quality items that didn’t match the descriptions or photos. I ended up with refund requests and complaints, which damaged my store’s reputation.
To make matters worse, the dashboard is clunky and unintuitive. I spent more time trying to fix problems than actually running my business.
In the end, I had to cut my losses and move to a different platform. Sellvia might work for some, but in my experience, it was a complete waste of time and money. I cannot recommend it to anyone serious about building a reliable eCommerce business.
Recommendation: Do not use this platform, they will take your money and leave you high and dry.

I just opened an account - they offered free services. But now they are saying my subscription expired, I need to renew.
I go to the cancel page to shut my account. After several annoying step, the final Cancel button does not even work.
They have already charged my account 9$ for a service.

I agree. I wish that I had the chance to read this before I signed up. I haven't made a dime and in fact, I've LOST more money than I have had "paid out" by maxing out my credit cards. The first consult and the next business consultant literally told me the "processing credits were per order." 7K later (and only a week) " processing credits" were taken from my payout and charged my credit cards to the max- the bank closed one account. The fees are insane. There is absolutely NO WAY ANYONE can really make money. I have started several businesses and I know it takes money to make money- but they had me buying ads and then I wasn't able to afford to process the orders! So, now I have a site that cannot get traffic and ads that I had to turn off because I was making sales of 1k-2k a day or a week... and between the fees and the interest (telling me to put high priced items on the site and then expecting for me to pay for them up front- that is what the processing credits are. I am so angry. It has put me in a horrible financial situation. I plan on making sure everyone in Congress... every member involved in commerce is aware of this scam. I can make that my new job since I can't sell anything because I cannot pay for it upfront- they are liars, cheats, manipulative and so shady...and the REPORTS?! Really? They are the worst. A joke. I have spent my own time trying to make sense of the numbers and they won't ever make sense... because this is a scam. It is going to get shut down if it's the last thing I do on this planet...that is how pissed off I am. They said I needed $784 dollars in processing points to make a profit of $341... that means they took $784 dollars and gave me less than half and I don't have an asset now! I can't make a sale because I refuse to pay them another cent. It infuriates me that they're able to market the site the way they do...it is impossible. I want to sell it and move on. If you have about 60k- start one and you'll do okay but look at the fines and "fees" on EVERYTHING... they even charge you a fee to get paid! lol! Criminal.
