Sellvia review: Scam company, beware of the empty promises and lack of accountability ( 1 comment)

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Sellvia has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I signed up with high hopes after seeing all the marketing hype, but the reality was a complete letdown.

First, the onboarding process was confusing and lacked proper guidance. I reached out to support multiple times and received delayed, copy-paste responses that didn’t actually resolve my issues. It felt like they didn’t care at all once they had my payment.

Then came the product fulfillment nightmare. Orders were slow to ship, tracking was unreliable, and my customers received low-quality items that didn’t match the descriptions or photos. I ended up with refund requests and complaints, which damaged my store’s reputation.

To make matters worse, the dashboard is clunky and unintuitive. I spent more time trying to fix problems than actually running my business.

In the end, I had to cut my losses and move to a different platform. Sellvia might work for some, but in my experience, it was a complete waste of time and money. I cannot recommend it to anyone serious about building a reliable eCommerce business.
