Select Warranty review: Heating system still not fixed after four weeks since initial claim

Good Day. I am new to SELECT Warranty and was blinded by the fake 5-star reviews. Decided to give them a chance and sadly since after my 30 day trial and three months into Platinum Plan, needed to submit a claim and it has been a nightmare and 4 weeks from initial claim heating system not fixed and temps continue to dive. Finally found a 4 star rated vendor to diagnose system plus submitted photos of my system with a short video and Select still have not approved the claim. Called office at least seven times of past several weeks trying to get answers and still no response.
