I ordered spells from this company as well. Seductive that LILLY is a fake. They promised to refund my money if the spells did not work within a 6 month time frame. This time frame started on the first purchase date. I mailed off the documents (12/ 2011)to receive my refund and followed the instructions on their website.. The delivery confirmation came back (return to sender -forwarding order expired -box closed no order. I sent the refund documents to the address listed on the website Universal Solutions P.O Box 503686 San Diego, CA [protected]. This company is taking consumers money and they are a fraud. Please do not be taken by this company as I was for $800.00. Please do not do business with you will be very disappointed. Lilly has never answered my emails about the false address listed on the website for refunds.

    I agree Lilly is a fraud. Sent her my story and what spell. Wouldnt even look into it because i was scammed and have very little money left to help my situation. Because i am "BROKE" WONT EVEN LOOK INTO IT.. glad i found this before investing time and money into this. There is also another fraud reports on her too on other boards.

    I have to agree with Charlene. I have had the opposite relationship with Lily. And the work they do... before she even notified me that my spell was cast, i was already experiencing the effects... Spells take time to manifest. Its not a zombie potion. Lily has responded to all my emails... sometimes in less than 10minutes.

    I find that very, very strange indeed. In fact I have had quite the opposite relationship with Lilly. She is wonderful. I was suicidal and she helped me to get my boyfriend back. Sometimes the spell can take some time to work and if the case is complex it may need more work. so you need to be patient and for a particular spell, you need to get advice first as they Lilly and or her team will tell you which is the best spell to buy for your situation. When I had suicidal thoughts I kept sending her e-mails but what happened the G-MAIL system was down so she received my e-mails but I did not receive hers and received all her e-mails after two days which was not her fault. Lilly and her team genuinely care about their clients, if you have not received a refund well, there have been testimonials that people have received their refunds so I am not sure what happened there.
