Sedona Ranch Apartments in San Angelo Texas review: I would like them to acknowledge they made a mistake and clear my sons name off the credit agency

My son was a tenant there from June 2019 through may of 2021, 2 years later after moving out and receiving a refund back from our deposit, they reported my son to the credit bureau saying that he had an outstanding balance for $288.00 dollars. This has affected his ability to lease other apartments. I called the credit company where they reported it to for collection and they said that the balance letter they received from Sedona Ranch was very sketchy and did not have a reason as to what he owed for. They said they were going to send it back to Sedona ranch as being a closed account. These people at Sedona Ranch are incompetent and have probably done that to other people as well. It would be great if you would investigate them, and figure out why they’re doing this. Thank you very much for your cooperation. A concerned parent.
