Sears Home repair and American Home Shield review: GE refrigerator

Have been trying to get you to repair my refrigerator since Oct. 12 2020.
Sears has told me parts aren't available but then American home shield calls and they reschedule. I have a GE Profile refrigerator that looks like new but the sears repair person told me American Home shield should replace it since the parts aren't available. I have to take off work each time and have missed to many days to list because they don't cancel until the day of scheduled repair. I have ask for a refund of my Warranty payment for two years since this has been going on and they won't respond and the people in the Philippines just give me the run around.
