I put in a service request and they came looked at it and told my renter they needed to order parts. I received an email saying they ordered the parts and set me up with another appointment for June 29th, 2022. No one came, called or emailed me that there were parts on back order. My renter received a box but did not open it because it was for the repair man. Only half the parts were sent at that, and I don't understand why it was not sent to the company that was fixing the frig. So, when I called to check on them, they told me that half of the parts were on back order. Why was I not a wear of this. It has been 2 months now and I called AHS to see what they can do and they told me that the frig could be replaced and I should receive an email in 15 mins. Well it has been 6 days now and I have not received anything. All the AHS reps have helped me out and has taken my disappointment very well. So I have to give them their credit for what they do. I understand not fixing some items right away but 2 months on a trig is way too long, It's something that needs attention right away.
