I purchased a bedroom set with a Sealy Hunter Creek pillow top mattress. The mattress began to sag, causing lower back, shoulder and neck discomfort after just two months. I callled the store and was told I had to got through their claims process. Nearly a month has gone by since I initiated the claim. The Service Tech is going to come out tomorrow to "try to find away to reject my claim" This has been a nightmare, I have never been treated so badly for a mattress that is obviously defective. I learned recently that Room Store in the MD/VA/DC area has 2500 of these mattress in inventory - all of which are being sold as promotions. I caution anyone who buys bedroom furniture at Room Store to buy the mattress and box spring at a reputable store that backs its products. Not only am I out the price of the mattress, I must now dig deep into my pocket to pay someone $150 to haul this mattress to the landfill - So much for Customer Loyalty.

The "memory pillow" mattresses are awful! I purchased a custom-built cali king mattress through Nebraska Furniture Mart. $2500 and 2 months later...I rolled into a hole at the center of the mattress every night when I went to bed. I hope that you are successful in your quest for a refund. There is nothing worse than crawling into a crappy bed.
