From Clark to Singapore on 18 September 2023, I with my two sons, one of which a PWD or physically disabled since birth, travelled via Scoot with 3 regular adult fares plus 20 kgs luggage and other charges, but the problematic effect caused by the irregular decision about my son's wheelchair is much more than financial for the inconvenience and stress on my son and my part is more of thing that money cannot buy; my son's wheelchair is newly purchased only while we applied for japan visa sometime on August 2023 for it took us sometime to convince him to buy a motorized or battery operated wheelchair, then while checking in Scoot at Clark Airport, it was indecisive but push through to order my other son to remove its battery for inspection and the worse part is they remove air to its tires, the problem they caused but without their corresponding solution when it was our first time to go Singapore airport and in fact I am already a Senior citizen while my other son is just recovering from mild stroke almost two months ago that it really caused troubles on our part and the wheelchair which we had no choice but to use it even on flat tires that when we transferred to cruise the next day, we asked for their assistance but then it already had damaged tires that we borrow a wheelchair from the cruise and I signed the agreement for onboard use only and that I will be charged 250 USD if it will be damaged or not be returned, then we still have to solve the problem they caused upon arriving Japan or Philippines which we do not know yet, but then we have to file damages.

Desired outcome: Damage payment, apology to us and not to do that to other passengers
