I ordered some Halloween and Fall books in September through my kids preschool. Its now the end of November, and I don't need Halloween and Fall books anymore. I went to go cancel the order and my order history says I didn't order anything. There was nothing there to cancel. Okay... well today my bank account says scholastic took $20 out of my account I assume for the order that I couldn't find to cancel. So now I'm $20 short and I dont even know if those useless books are even coming. Scholastic website is a bad joke there is no help there. I've emailed them twice. I will for sure be telling everyone about this scam and making sure I stay far away from scholastic anything. I hate companies that do crap like this. I want to cancel the order. If your going to take 2 months to complete an order, you should probably tell us so we don't buy holiday books.
