SBB&T TPG review: Tax refund deposit or check

This company has given me nothing but circles and lies since I began speaking with them.

1st call - All is good. Just have to wait.

2nd call - Takes a while, they are really busy.

3rd call - They show they sent ur money, bank will deposit in ur account.

4th — It SHOULD be there in account. Check again tomorrow.

5th — U sent to WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBER. Gotta wait for ur bank to REJECT the deposit.

6th — Waiting on rejection.

7th — We have it back, gonna send u a CHECK ASAP!

8th — Check was sent last week. keep waiting.

9th — Yep, We sent check... IDK what else u can do but wait on mail.

10th call — hang up after 78minutes of HOLD.

11th — We Actually CANT send a CHECK to U. Ur bank told us to return to IRS so we HAVE to RETURN it to IRS. NO CHECK.

12th CALL — We still have ur money in "RESERVE" but havent sent it back to IRS after SIX weeksbecause its still "IN PROCESS".
