Sawgrass Ford Collision Centerextortion from a body shop

I went there for a tear down, to have the car further evaluated to determine the total damages. The agreement was to tear down the damaged areas and put the vehicle back together. However, after the vehicle was teared down, Mario Daneri told me that the vehicle could not be put back together.

After explaining to Mario that the agreement was to tear down and put back together AND that if you couldnt put it back together you should have never taken it apart in the first place, he had the car reassembled in about 15 minutes.

Clearly this was an attempt to strong arm me into having the vehicle repaired there.

After the vehicle was reassembled and payment arrangements were made, Bill Condron, the manager, demanded that I sign a hold harmless agreement before releasing the keys. I then had to call the police because this is a classic example of extortion and theft.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH HONEST PEOPLE!
