It was a great learning experience. Yoga Teacher Training is a great course to learn not just the yoga poses and meditation but also gives you a complete knowledge of your physical body, esoteric body, Ayurveda and several other aspects that are vital for a yoga teacher.

I totally agree with the previous review. The courses at Sattva Yoga Academy are great. They are super easy to follow and the way the content is prepared, it feels like you are there doing the course physically. The course assignments are clear and concise, and they make it very easy for you to follow each step until you are a fully-fledged yoga master.

What I love most about the academy is their level of support and compassion. They are always full of love and support, and you can tell that they are not just in it for the money but for the passion of yoga. Every video that they present is filled with warmth and encouragement.

I just wanna say that Sattva Yoga Academy is absolutely amazing! I done been to a couple yoga retreats before, but this one right here takes the cake! I swear, everything about it was just so dope. The location was beautiful, and the folks were all super chill and friendly. The yoga classes was on point, and they even had some extra treatments that you could take advantage of if you wanted to. Plus the meals was sooooo delicious! I seriously can't wait to go back and do it all over again!
