Satilla Global Trade review: pvc off grade cheating and fraud by satila global trade

We had a problem with Satilla Global Trade located at Istabul, Turkey. We had purchased PVC off grade resin packed in original jumbo bags, from this company through CEO Mr. Atilla Sarol, and they had insist that this material is white dry resin with only 3% moisture. I booked 19.25 mts quantity, but when i received the material from them it was totally different from what they had sold to us, the material was not 100% white dry resin, infact each and every jumbo bags had metal inside and too wet around 30%, some material has yellow and wet over 50%, infact we had got the loading photos and also the samples where drawn from the jumbo bags at the time of loading, seeing the photos i did inform Mr. Atilla Sarol, that our loading is very poor quality We have full record and all proof of this and the conversation done with their sales executive Mr. rafeeq.

After this we had put a claim of usd2000 or new free shipment of 4 bags dry resin to replace, we did not claim the other charges like customs duty, transportation and other overhead expenses like demurrage or yard charges, we agreed for this small compensation just to keep my and their company relationship intact, but till date its been 5 months since the deal was done and we still haven't got any claim from this company, and more then 100 times i have politely and humbly requested then to close this issue so we can deal further and we can cover my other loss amount also, but from their company behavior now it is high time and i am sure we are not going to get any claim from them. They are just prolonging the days and there is no intentions to give us any claim and today after 5 months i am giving a complaint here so that everyone can be aware and other peoples don't get cheated the way we have been cheated.
