Sapphire Softech Solutions review: A charge of $599.99 for nothing! How is that even possible???

I, in the past, sought out help with my debts. Still, I don't understand why and how, I can be charged $599.99 for nothing! This has to be the biggest scam ever! This, so-called company, billed me. Why! I was seeking help! Sapphire softech, is worse than any of the other scammers, because it's states that it will help to reduce debts! Me, I got this $599.99 bill, with out any change at all, in my bills! No not anything! Not even a notice that they even acknowledge any information about it at all! Me, I didn't know this so-called company, is a scammer! I'm posting this to stop this scammer from fthing you!
