Santam Company review: Vehicle accident

Hi I'm Viola Lumbu and I have an issue that needs to be resolved please. My boyfriend was in an accident in 2022 October 23 around 1:15 pm. My car is a Chevrolet spark 2011 model. The person who caused the accident said he has insurance a third party and the insurance will call us. Till now we have no heard anything about the insurance on how to go about fixing my car. I'm suck and need to inform Santam to pay me out for the car.
