Terrible customer service experience! This company took my credit card to secure an appointment. They told me they would be coming today 6/1/22. They said they would call 30 minutes before arrival. They said they couldn't give me a time. I took the day off from work. They never called me until 505pm. They said they wouldn't be able to get to a couple of appointments. Are you kidding me? I waited all day. They could have called to say they weren't coming. I will NEVER use this company.

This was our third time using Same-Day service and we can't recommend them enough. We have older appliances (circa [insert year]) and they have done an exceptional job repairing them, including replacing third-party parts with factory originals from a different repair company that ultimately failed. They do things the correct way and with the right parts. They are excellent communicators, arrive on time, and provide great service at honest prices. We will continue to use their services for years to come.

Excellent service. When I spoke with Same Day Service to make my service appointment I told them about my dishwasher issue. A few days later a technician called me to discuss it in detail my problem so that the technician could bring the part along when he came to look at the dishwasher. When the technician arrived, he was professional, very competent, explained everything well and clearly. He installed the necessary part without having to come back a second time. Very pleased with Same Day Service and I will definitely use them again!

We called Same Day Service for our front loading washer that stopped working. John, the repairman, came and inspected the issue and said we needed a new pump. A few days later, he returned to install the new pump but discovered that an additional belt was also required. He was very courteous, professional, and apologetic, but we understood that it was not his fault. John was clear upfront about the related charges. Today, he came back with the additional belt and successfully made the repair. We cannot express enough gratitude to him and the company. I would highly recommend Same Day Service.

We reached out to Same Day Service Co. for a problem we were having with our refrigerator. We were promptly set up with an appointment for a service visit by their gracious and skilled Representative John. On the day of the visit the technician showed up in the time window that dispatch had given. John diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and explained what the repair would entail. He finished the repair and was courteous and responsive to the questions I had. Well done. I would not hesitate to call and recommend this company in the future.

Overall, the service technician was kind and professional. He came prepared with the necessary part and completed the repair of my freezer, which had been leaking a river everyday. The technician explained what was happening and how he would make the necessary repair. It was such a relief to have a competent and friendly technician, and I was so appreciative of his knowledge and work effort. I also wanted to thank [Name] for her great customer care and communication. The whole process was very professional and I'd certainly use Same Day Service again, and I'd highly recommend their services.

I called Same Day Service on Monday 8/29 AM regarding my ice maker which had stopped making ice. The service technician promptly responded by early afternoon. He identified the problem and ordered a new part. The technician informed me it would take a couple of days. I was notified on Wednesday that my part was in and the technician would be there Thursday morning. He arrived by 8:15 AM and was completed by 8:30 AM. I really appreciated their quick response to my call and how quickly the repair was completed. I appreciate Same Day Service's attention to safety during the covid situation. Our dryer broke and Same Day Service was able to find us a technician to come within a week. The person answering the phones was very clear and helpful, and our technician was knowledgeable and respectful. He observed strict Covid safety protocols and offered clear direct communication about what was wrong, how to proceed, and what the timeline and costs were. He arrived within the projected window on time and was speedy and fixed our dryer in under 30 minutes! The only thing was, which is true for any repair company, it took about 3 weeks between the initial inspection, waiting for parts, and coming back for the repair.

We were very impressed by Same Day Service in every respect. They offer very prompt and reliable service. The technician was not only very knowledgeable, but also very polite and kind. He immediately detected the problem with our dish washer. The necessary parts arrived the following day and he came back and got our dish washer going again one day later. Other companies had a waiting period of several days before they could even come to diagnose the problem. We were pleased with Same Day Service years ago, and are happy to report that they are just as efficient and effective as they were back then. I highly recommend this company.

Service was repair of a GE refrigerator. Main compartment of the appliance had stopped cooling. We were completely satisfied with all parts if the scheduling and repair process. Their communication is great. They dispatched a knowledgeable profession who diagnosed and explained the problem and needed repair. Replacement parts were ordered and the service technician returned to complete the job in fewer than four working days. I would also highlight the company's quick response time. They were able to schedule a repair appointment a full week earlier than four other repair vendors contacted, including GE Repair. I would certainly use their services again.

Dryers only break on the weekends/ holidays! After getting no replies from other companies, Same Day was attentive and did a great job. Our tech was friendly and fixed the problem. The only complaint I might share is more of a suggestion for the office is to somehow keep the customer more informed as to where they might be on the list of repairs for the day; had I known he couldnt get to me until 4:30 I would have planned my day a little differently, but I also know until the tech gets to the house, he has no idea what the job will entail/ how long it would take, making it difficult to give a timeline. I could have kissed him, Im just so happy to have a dryer back!

Joe was a total professional. He knew his stuff. He repaired what was necessary for my 15+ year old dryer and thoroughly inspected everything else to see if any preventative maintenance was needed. He was thoroughly prepared to deal with COVID-19 safety issues. From the moment he got out of his truck, he greeted me (from a distance) in a most positive manner, as were our subsequent conversations (he from the laundry room and me from the top of the stairs). I would be happy to see him in our home during and after COVID-19. I must also put in a good word for the woman in the office who arranged for the service call when I first called about my dryer's problem. I would rate this company an A+ based on all of my encounters with their people.

We were delighted with our experience. After living with a non-functioning refrigerator for almost a week, using ice chests to keep things cold and having trouble getting a repair scheduled in real time (weeks, not days) we contacted Same Day on a friend's recommendation. The on-line scheduling interface was easy to use and clear, I got an immediate email acknowledgment, and a first-thing-in-the-morning call the first business day after I scheduled, and a service call that evening. Communication was excellent. As promised, the technican Greg called half an hour before arriving. He followed meticulous COVID protocols, diagnosed the problem, had the part on his van, and quoted me a firm price. He repaired the refrigerator and gave us careful instructions about how to restart. We couldn't be more pleased.

The Same Day Service Company outperformed the expectations I had. From the very beginning, their office personnel returned our call promptly AND professionally. We agreed upon a schedule which was totally adhered to including pre-visit confirmations. The technician, who introduced himself as John, was courteous and also very professional. He explained what he was doing and how to treat our dryer with better care. They had to order the part, which I wholly expected, however, the part came in within a couple of days and John called again to schedule the part installation. This could not be avoided due to the amount of potential parts every technician/truck would have to carry. John came back exactly when scheduled and was in and out in a jiffy. I imagine he had several other service calls to attend to and we visited enough already. Thanks to these folks and their diligence and professionalism, our dryer was repaired as quickly as our schedules would allow and always with a smile.

I am a repeat customer. I called on Sunday leaving model and serial number for freezer repair. They returned call on Monday clarifying terms and charges and I noted that I wanted the removed parts. They came as planned on Wednesday assessing timer and bimetal switch stating that they had no idea what my model was or serial number and stated that they never receive any information on the unit before they go to a call. I noted that I wanted parts that were removed. I defrosted unit overnight and they called stating they had parts and could come the next Wednesday. I noted that I wanted the removed parts. They came while only my wife was home and only left the bimetal switch letting my wife take pics of the control board and switch noting in a voice message to me that they don't know but believe that there is a core charge on the board so if I want it, it will be another $100 or something fee? Four online Genuine OEM sellers have no core charge for this Defrost Timer Part #*** which is replaced by #WP230409. part. Their site has no place for feedback and their email to me is a no-reply. I just don't understand why the info on my unit was not shared with the tech before he came. He noted that these bimetal switches and timers are always the same issue for the problem I described. I don't understand why their Work Order sheet notes specifically that all parts removed will be discarded unless specified. I specified up front three times. They could have told me no up front. I don't believe that the tech was honest about the core charge and I am not certain that they even changed the board as it could easily have been just the switch and they had me buy them a board for use on another customer. It is a week later with all doors closed overnight and fridge temp with an IDEAL Infrared model *** Thermometer still reads 45F all around lower fridge when it should be more like 38F. Gave it 4 stars so it would not be deleted but not really good with the communication, written policies, actions.
