Saia Trucking Reno review: Botched delivery, now missing/now delivered damaged

Ordered solar batteries. Saia sent them to wrong address in another state. Next they delivered to correct hub, but four days later, and on the date of expected delivery, they cannot locate order. Poof! Disappeared! I've been staying in hotel two weeks due to their err.
They then found the batteries and delivered them and the pallet had been redone with wrap so the delivery was marked ok. However, after removing wrap five of the eight batteries were split and damaged. Clearly this pallet had fallen off their dock and ran over with a truck. Now, they are refusing to take responsibility since it wasn't notated upon delivery. Pretty sure when pallets change hands between carriers they do not unwrap pallets and inspect merchandise. Crooks
