This complaint is against Saffron Tech Pvt Ltd. I had been with this organization for 6 months and not glad to compose this that the conduct of MDs, Managers and CRM were bad . That was not with me but rather with different workers also.They drive you to work for over 10 hours and that too without bonus.They never appreciate employees hard work and loyalty, but always criticize the efforts.
Company have two SEO Head (Faisal Kaleem and Sachin Aggarwal) and sorry to say both doesn't even know the single word of SEO. They are there because they are MD's Colleague earlier (When they started working in SEO).
Sachin is always use adults words while communicating with any one. (Doesn't matter girl or Boy). He uses Bhenc...d, Ma...cd in every line. Some time girls feel shy and use head phone to keep away from this man. He also use double meaning wording in communications with girls.
Other Side Faisal, who always says that he has 10 years experience in SEO, but he doesn't know the Panda and Penguin updates. When Someone asked to him why we use Local listing then he told “It is EASY and can in few minutes :)”. He always shout loudly in “BIHARI Language” and when some new girl joins in Company he always put one question “From where are you? You lives in PG or Room? You lives alone or have boyfriend?”.
Company have 70 members in SEO and has more than 20 managers. The Level of manager is equal to fresher. Saffron's Manager can't write single mail and never keeps update himself. Manager's have affairs with their Employees.
MD's of the company they are also does not deserve this position. Company have two MDs.
Saffron wont appriciate your work . Compensation give to experinced worker is in the middle of 6000-8, 000
SO, anyone how are thinking to join Saffron Tech Pvt Ltd, do re-think .

Saffron = Searcheccentric = Itchimes = Mobility are same. They have office in basement of home and use different websites to misguide the clients. There is no separate office of this company.
Really Very Bad Experience with this narrow minded company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Yes I also agree witj the above complaints The company named saffrontech with website www.Saffrontech.com is totally a fraud company with so many other fake namea like itchimes, where all the managers are rude and unmannered in behavior. Their Managers like Anurag maurya, Johny and one guy who always put a head phone in his ears are so unprofessional that they never talk in English and dress professionally.All of them always tries to disturb and mentally harash a junior employee.Both of them will always shout guest post guest post bcoz they don't know anything other than it in seo.They even don't check the spelling and duplicacy in the guest post content and post it every where.Anurag always saya in hus bihari language"arey hamra jesa seo manager tum ko mila hai jao aish karo".
Anurag himself always talks with girls in phone while working in the office and makes lots of mistakes in the on page seo and guest post.
And regarding to faisal kaleem yes he is so rude don't allow his employee a full 1 hour lunch break and force them to sit like a slave in the office computer.
Coming to the point of sachin he comes there just to make time pass of his night without doing any types of works anddoing lits if funny jokes there withbhis relative managers and disturbing lady employees like swati witg double meaning words like swati tum kyun nahi nahati.If he has to do this why don't he make his a separate cabin and do whatever he want.
The office is in the basement with no proper ventilation and any exhaust fan.A place in the basement has already lack if oxygen and accumulation of certain harmful gases. I had asked the office management to put some exhaust fan in the office but they just refused it rudely.
Each day there happens a dispute between employees for sitting in good conditioned chairs, half of the chairs are fully damaged there but manament is totally ignorant to this .
Each month there is wrong calculation and distribution of salary to their employees which get solved after few days but why this mis calculation happens each month.No software company in India have such a scene of salary issue
I request the site admin to remove the tag of "solved" from our complaints bcoz this issue is still not solved and if you don't remove this then other people will lose their faith on your site.Ask them for a snapahot of well ventilated and exhaust fan equipped and good chairs for their employees in the office.
True...Saffron tech pvt ltd in saket is worst company as they perform spam activitis that results into penalization of client sites...

This is Worst Company running by Family and relatives so no values for Employees. They takes Docs original and will never relieve. Manager have affairs with their Employees only worst Scenario in Corporate world.
I haven't seen this sought of company in whole IT sector that are just meant for earning and not giving any quality.
FAKE Company with FAKE Work Values and just FOOLING clients all over U.S and Australia.
