I placed an order for 2 jumpers totaling $210. I checked the sizing chart before purchase. When they arrived, they were too big. By their recommendation, for cost effective shipping, I returned them by USPS which cost $67! Then on top of it, they want to charge 15% restocking fee! This is [censored]! This, in effect, has cost almost $100 to look at the items then send them back. The worst experience I’ve had purchasing anything online!

Claimed loss: $100

Yes, $67 to ship back. Recommended by them as most cost effective. These companies have contracts for shipping or they wouldn’t ship free on your order, so why can’t they provide a return shipping label?
