They even sent me a tracking number right away, which gave me some hope that my package would arrive soon. But here's the thing, folks, the package hasn't moved an inch since then. It's just sitting there, not going anywhere.
Feeling a bit frustrated, I decided to reach out to their customer support team on 07/05. Finally, on 07/06, I received a response from them. However, they didn't have a clue about the whereabouts of my package. They promised to contact their shipping partner to get some answers, but guess what? I haven't heard back from them since then. It's like they vanished into thin air, leaving me hanging.
At this point, I had had enough. I opened a PayPal case on 07/07, hoping that it would push them to take some action. To my surprise, they finally responded on 07/11, asking if they could still ship the product. I mean, seriously? After all this time, they suddenly remember that they have a package to send? Anyway, I agreed to a reshipment, thinking that maybe this time things would be different.
But guess what, my friends? It's now 07/14, and I still haven't received the product, a refund, or even a new tracking number. It's like they completely forgot about me once again. I'm starting to lose hope here.
Let me tell you, folks, save yourself the trouble and just buy the product on Ulta. Their service is way better than what Sacheu has to offer. Trust me, you don't want to go through the same headache that I did.
