On January 6 I brought my Ram truck to the dealership for an issue I had. They found the problem and needed to order the part to repair my truck. They didn't have any time frame when the part would arrive. When they had an ETA, the date would always change to a later date. This went on for weeks. Then they didn't know where the part was. I told them to order another part, but they claimed it was backordered and unavailable. So after the dealer having my truck for 32 days, I asked for the part number. I was able to find and order the part at my own expense of $193. The part took 2 days to arrive to me. I brought the part to the dealer and they installed it the next day, and I got my truck back on February 3rd. The part was under warranty, but they would not reimburse me for what it cost. They did nothing for weeks to find an alternat source of finding another part to repair my Ram. Chrysler owes me $193.

Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed for the outlay of money for a part that they could not obtain. The part was under warranty, and should pay me for the part. $193
