We bought our sofa from Rozel toh guan in 2018 decided on a switch and asked for trade in. Call in and went to the Rozel branch in Sungei Kadut as its nearer to us.. everything was good initially served by a Sales Person named Kelvin. Initially he told us until so wonderful and quoted us a sofa for $2099 after trade in. And as consumer we tend to compare pricing and was told Nova charges GST they don't. Telling us how fantastic they were. When writing invoice he started charging us GST which ended up to be $2245.93. Of cause we are unhappy because what he said and what listed was different. So we decided to call off, and he started to threaten us and ask us so now how cancel invoice need to charge $50 and go on to try reduce price after we told him off what he had done was wrong of cause in the end he offered us $2k but as consumer I cannot accept the attitude and the intention to cheat us. No integrity. So we call it off and went off to Nova just beside. Peter Hui was our sale man his service was very good we just snap the sofa deal almost immediately within 15mins fuss free and no hidden cost as promised.. Going Rozel @ Sungei Kadut don't waste your time just walk into Nova. Straight forward no gimmicks. I don't beat around the bush.
