Hello.
We stayed at your Royalton resort in Antigua. Although not your issue our interaction with Air Canada vacations was not ideal either to get this all booked and setup. Having said that the following issues occured and/or were lacking during our stay... Staff was not knowledgeable of services especially our assigned so-called Butler, assigned room was dirty and took housekeeping 2 hrs to attend to clean the sand and dirty bathroom, Diamond Club was not up to any standard - no one knew we were part of that status, no pillows, robes, slippers, shoe polishing, no 24 hr food delivery, our Butler was off duty at 7pm with us not knowing where to go to ask for food or services. Upon arriving on Jan 3rd our flight was late and no one was there to greet us, we had to call for service. Alcohol was watered down. Room service had to be called numerous times to ask for items and when the items arrived they were divided into deliveries, meaning the request was not complete for example: soap would arrive and then towels would come 20 minutes later. On the safety and security side: fire extinguishers in the building were all expired and not inspected. This is a small list of the issues we encountered. Much of what the hotel raves about is not accurate at all. Sadly its hot air and lots of false marketing.
Desired outcome: Gratis 7 days of proper service at your hotel in the Carribean
