I flight very frequently internationally for work and leisure, and this is by far the worst airline ever. There is nothing positive to say about it. I wish I would have read the reviews before I decided to go with them.
1. Every single flight of the 4 was delayed. From 2 to 6 hours. Not even an apology. They keep sending emails hours before the flight changing the time of the flight back and forth. Extremely stressful.
2. Terrible customer service. Take very long time to pick up the call and they don't care AT ALL, never help, they never know what to do or what to say.
3. Nasty planes. Old, dirty and nasty smelly planes, makes it disgusting to even seat on it.
4. Inaccurate information in the APP about flight status and Gate. The new gate was not available until the second they started boarding. It would show the flight left when in fact it was delayed for over 2 hours, never updated the info in the App. Also the information in the airport monitors was incorrect. Showing embarking when it was not yet.
5. App doesn't work properly. It doesn't change your seat, even after paying for upgrade. You have to call the terrible customer service every time and they are NOT helpful at all. They try to charge you every time you want to change your seat even in the same area you already paid for.
6. The lounge is a JOKE. Inside of the Moroccan airport (hellooo their HQ), the lounge you pay for doesn't have not even a bottle of water, no food, no charging stations, in fact not a single employee. They just keep the doors open for everyone to go through, looks more like a refugee camp with everyone laying everywhere cramped. Disgusting.
7. Very disorganized at the time of boarding, no groups, just everyone pushing through without a proper order. And as usual they don't even seem to know what they are doing, people getting through without even showing their boarding passes.
8. And of course the cherry on top. They LOST MY BAGGAGE. Nobody there to claim. Luggage was coming out in two different belts distanced from each other, very difficult for a solo traveler to have eyes on both at the same time. It was ridiculous. They don't have anybody to claim to, just a third party person that have no information AT ALL. Fill out a "claim form" without any claim number for you. Just take a picture and go home to wait for this joke of a company to call you. Needless to say, they don't know anything. They don't give any explanation about where my bag is. They DON'T TRACK OR SCAN THE BAGS, so they don't have a way to know where you bag is if lost.

Summarizing they should close this BS of a company down.

Recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE EVER!!!
