Roto Rooter Plumbers review: Disappointed

Called in February for a leak in bathroom sink and was charges almost $300 for "repair" with 90 day warranty. three days later the leak continued. RR sent an on call plumber with nasty aggressive attitude due to snow storm. He claimed the leak was not a real issue. Called RR again to send original plumber who "tightened" the pipes and added blue tape to the middle of the pipe which served no purpose. Come April the leak persisted and called RR to send another plumber to repair the pipe, got a call and was told it would be almost $600 to repair the sink and that "several plumbers" were sent to repair ( the one with unprofessional demeanor and original plumber btw) but would be a brand new charge for an actual replacement and repair. Repair should have been done correct the first time around. Such a shame. Seems the job was not done correctly the first time so they can charge again at some point. Stay away
