Iordered a pair of Roxy Black Ugg Boots size 5.5uk
Which was supposed to cost $61.28 from a wesite i thought was official as it had a google safe sign underneath it.The web site was Ugg Austria.www.rosebags.comcn took out a payment from my switch account for £76.90 and £1.00 oversea's transaction.

I did recieve a pair of Ugg classic boots colour tan in a size 7.5 uk on 23rd Dec 2010 which is no good to my daughter or i as we are both a size 5 uk.
And i am not convinced these boots are the real thing.
I always pay through paypal which said was available on this site.
But when i came to the end and confirmed payment paypal did not come up it was only credit or debit card.
I am very disappointed as i am not the only one that has been scamed by this company they should be closed down. And should pay back what they have scammed from there customers.
I was very angry as these boots were for my daughters christmas.
In future i will always pay through paypal.

I am a single mom who purchased a pair of Ugg Bailey Button from this Website. I have NEVER been ripped off before, and this makes me ILL. I am out all that money and my daughter NEVER got her Christmas Present. My bank statement only shows ROSEBAGS.COM. No phone number, nothing. Most companies supply an address, phone number, and possibly a web address. I do think that a REFUND is in order.
