I ordered a pair of classic tall ugg boots size 7 in black which was suppose to cost $86.28 from a website i thought was an official ugg website called www.bootsaleshop.com on dec. 15, 2017, and then 2 days later a company called rosebags.com took 2 payments from my bank account in the amounts of $86.45 and $2.59, which i didnt authorize, I never received the boots and tried contacting them with numerous emails and never got a response back and never even received an email cfrm. about the order, and when i go to their website and login, they have me down for 4 orders with 4 different order numbers, and when u click on contact us. there's no number, just an email address of [protected]@hotmail.com. Im asking can u help me get my money back, I read other complaints about this rosebags company taking people money and not sending them their goods, and digging in people bank accounts without authorization, what a scam and why are they still being allowed to do this, i was a sucker for them and this has to stop, i usually always do any transactions online through paypal, and this website said i could use paypal but there was no link to pay with paypal, only visa and master credit cards, and on the site it says McAfee secure, such liars, should i call my bank and try to get my money back through them, i am with bank of america, or can u help me claim my funds.

Rosebags.com - SCAM! My dad ordered me a pair of ugg boots for christmas which were £56.00 from a website www.uggstore2011.com. When my dad got his bank statement there was a charge of £68.90 from www.rosebags.com Shanghai CN. I have never been on this site before. I then did some research on the company and seen the other complaints that this site was taking money from other peoples bank accounts! After this we contacted my dads bank to try and get the money back, they told us to try and contact the company. I then done a whois lookup on rosebags.com. This gives you the contact name address and contact number whitch rosebags.com does not supply. The website to get this info from is http://www.myiptest.com/staticpages/index.php/whois/rosebags.com i have emailed the contact email addres, and waiting on a reply. Watch this space to find out if they do reply! Beware off fake Ugg Boot websites! i have now learnt to be extra careful when purchasing goods.

Ordered these ugg boots for a Christmas present. They took my money and that was it. No product, can't find website anymore. No way to contact. I will place a claim with my bank. I used this website because Google had a check by it. I won't trust that again. I know there is a way to find out if it is legitimate website but I don't know how I guess. Whatever this is just BS.

I ordered some Ugg Boots for my fiancee in Dec for Christmas, 3 weeks later am still waiting. Now getting annoyed that they haven't come, i tried to contact Ugg Boots2011.uk and was directed to Rosebags, never seen this website before and definateley did not order from them. Never recieved an email confirmation of order and no tracking number. All i have is a debit on my card for £70.68, which says Rosebags.com. Am now going to try and get my money back. Advice - be careful where you order from and if it's to good to be true there's normally something wrong.

Just checked credit card account, I have a transaction from WWW.ROSEBAGS.COM on the 5th December 2017 for £70.40 but I have never visited their website, and certainly not purchased anything from them. I have emailed them but with no response.
