Rose Heating & Air review: Complaint

I'm complaining about this company very unprofessional and unreliable they are contracted with AHS which I pay monthly for home owners insurance. This company came out last week to service my AC mind you it was working fine just needed Freon and everything else was working fine. Just as the tech left my home my whole AC went out the unit. We called back to get him out here again we waited a week and they were to be out today between 1-4p no one has arrived and Rose "Heating and Air is not answering their phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
