ROSACARE AT-HOME LASER HAIR REMOVAL HANDSET × 1 Delivered

Tuesday 09/27/2022 10:16 AM. I returned one of the items and they received the item back on Oct 7th. I have emailed a dozen times inquirering about my refund and as of today I have not received it. They keep giving me excuses about being busy and they can't find it in the warehouse. I have sent them the return slip and the USPS proof that it was delivered to them — Track USPS package

Desired outcome: I have been in constant contact with them for 6 weeks now trying to get my money back.
