I had a very negative exerience and outcome with Dr. Gruber including getting a staph infection. He offered to refund my money (so that I can have the sugerey corrected) and I accepted his offer in writting twice but have not heard from him since.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
