Roger's Cable had a service outage for 15 hours. As a goodwill gesture, they gave me 5 GB free for 6 months. I was trying to get it but didn't get the extra data. Then I called Roger's customer service, and got Amandip in Toronto, who provided bad customer service - at the end of the call, I asked one thing, and she was saying a different thing, seemed to me a different rep was giving a proxy, then she disconnected the call, and didn't call me back, I called back, got a young male, who didn't listen to me, didn't try to understand and then transferred the call to tech. After a long wait, I disconnected the call. My issue is not resolved, and have been suffering for more than a week. I can't use my data, it says, "your internet is not connected". I turned off and on the cell a few times, it didn't work. My number: 647 5*1 **63
Roger's is very erratic. Please improve your quality, otherwise, you'll lose more customers.
