I was so amazed when they were working and finish it Tears came to my eyes because I couldnt believe what my eyes were seeing, the dedication, the commitment, and their kindness was awesome, I recommend you to no one else but them, I'm still amazed, and Happy Happy Happy , Thanks to Mr Odell and his crew. I have to say that Daniel Allen and his crew did an excellent job. They have actually done work on multiple properties for us. More than that, he was professional and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. I can't stress enough how satisfied I am with his professionalism, punctuality, great communication throughout and his above the bar customer service. He also worked with us and the insurance claim process and make that whole process as smooth as possible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had a roof leak in a closet and Daniel came right out and helped me file a claim with my insurance. Turned out the main damage wasn't from storms but poor installation of my current roof. I decided to have the small section repaired since I was paying. Even though Rock City really does full roof replacements he found somebody from his crew to fix it for me just because he's a nice guy. I really have confidence in my repair and the advice they gave me about my gutters being part of the issue. Communication was awesome throughout the whole experience.

Rock City Roofing Really Rocks! From the sales staff to the installers! All were incredibly professional, prompt, and reliable! They take care of everything! They cover every aspect of the job from interfacing with your insurance company to the final installation! When the job is complete, your house will look like a brand new house! My wife and I cannot say enough good things about these guys! A professional job with a professional staff. We highly recommend Rock City Roofing! After the job was complete, the cleanup job made the yard look better than before they started!

Super easy to work with and reliable. Daniel worked with my insurance company and handled all the details that would have slowed things down had I needed to handle them considering my schedule. His team was extremely friendly as well as hard working. It wasn't cool outside by any stretch but they did what needed to be done and were finished on schedule. Other than a stray nail here and there you couldn't tell they were here...except for the beautiful new roof and gutters ! Thanks for the hard work Daniel. You will be my Go To and the company I always refer friends and neighbors to.

Joey is great! Above and beyond in every way. Helped with handling the insurance claim from start to finish, which is a big help when you are ignorant about how the process works as I was. The roofers themselves were extremely fast and, at the moment, appear to have done a fantastic job! Appearance wise, it is beautiful roof! As with all things, time will tell whether the quality and reliability are there, however, if joey and the roofers hard effort and quality of service are any indication, I would imagine that the roof will be sound and sturdy for many decades to come! 10 out of 10, will definitely be recommending Joey and RCR to other homeowners!

Joseph was fantastic from day one! He took what could've been a really stressful experience and turned it into a completely stress free experience! He was with me every step of the way and always communicated clearly and in a really timely manner. He worked with my insurance company personally, and really went the extra mile, which is a work ethic you don't come by often anymore. My new roof is GORGEOUS! The crew showed up on time and ready to work! They cleaned up every trace of debris. I really cannot say enough nice things about what a pleasure it was to work with Rock City Roofing. If you have any roofing needs whatsoever, these guys will steer you right!

Daniel and his team at Rock City Roofing are the best in the business. He took a somewhat confusing process involving dealing with an insurance claim and walked me through the entire thing. His communication was so nice and consistent, which isn't the norm for some companies these days. I felt updated and informed throughout the entire process. The roofing crew also has to be one of the hardest working groups I've ever seen. They show up early and work until dark (one night past dark) to get the job done quickly and professionally. Daniel even surprised me by re-roofing my shed that wasn't in the original plan. Feel confident in choosing Rock City Roofing if you happen to need any roofing work done. Highly recommended!

My roof sustained both hail & wind damage. I called State Farm & they immediately got in touch with Rock City Roofing. I can not say enough about Daniel …Very professional, kind, good communication, very knowledgeable & answered every question I had. He immediately climbed up on the roof & did a temporary repair to the hole in my roof. He thoroughly explained the next steps in the process. His team of workers worked very hard only taking a break for lunch & hydration. When the job was completed I was very pleased with the appearance. The turbans are so nice & match the roof perfectly. The crew cleaned up thoroughly. A week later Daniel came back, went on the roof to inspect it, & took pictures…. How thorough was that? I highly recommend if you need roofing done, call Rock City & ask for Daniel. You will not regret it because you will get exceptional work done.

I met with an individual by the name of William D. He guided me through the entire process and made the process very simple and easy for us. William was extremely professional, reachable and patient. I asked a million questions and he answered all of them with no problems and without any negative attitude behind it. His customer service skills were great. If I called him and he didn't pick (which he did most times) he would text or call me back almost immediately. Would I recommend William and Rock City Roofing? Most Definitely! Would I use them again, most definitely! I can't say enough good things. He and his company were able to get my roof taken cared of in a matter of a day or two while we were away on vacation (my neighbor confirmed this). My roof looks VERY VERY good. I am 100% satisfied. Again it was a pleasure working with William and Rock City Roofing.

I had rock city roofing replace the roof on my home. The process started after a storm and some hail damage. I looked at the materials that they were proposing and some homes in the neighbor hood they had completed. The proposed materials were 1st class and will probably last 30 to 35 years. It only took them 3 days to remove the old roof and complete the new roof. There were 4 places on the roof that wee in very bad shape, the contractor for our sunroom did less than a 1st class job. These areas were all repaired and they even repaired several construction errors that the sunroom contractor made - he is no longer in business. The crew foreman explained all of the problems to me in detail and explained how he was going to repair and/or replace the problem areas. I could not be happier with the roofing installation, the materials used and the crew that did the work. RCR has my vote of confidence for the job they did.

I cannot begin to thank Daniel & his team at Rock City Roofing enough for the outstanding work they did on our complete roof replacement. When we learned that the sale of our home would require not only a large, extra expense, but also that our insurance didn't cover what we expected it to...Daniel showed up in a BIG way! He turned stress-filled into stress-free, complicated into completely transparent, and soooo many negatives into nothing to worry about. His communication is second to none. His incredibly knowledgeable explanations, attention to detail, and totally rad and fun personality made this experience enjoyable and painless. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure our insurance provided what they should, and brought several missed items to their attention. He went to bat for us & made it look easy. Daniel doesn't just "bend over backwards" for his customers...he does BACK FLIPS FOR THEM! Fantastic job - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Rock City roofing is the best company in central Arkansas, I'm so happy with the work they have been done on my roofing , they have a good customer service, they went above and beyond, I'm so pleased with the project manager Joey bond who showed up in a very hot day in my door, and I can't say enough a wonderful thing about him, he was very helpful, clear, very patient with me, very respectful, humble, and nice to talk to, he explained to me the whole process, did inspection, took a pictures, and gave me some paper work to fill, I knew that I did the right thing working with Joey, he was clear, honest, and he made me feel so comfortable in the whole process, he was a great listener, the crews were very professional, hard working, polite, they cleaned up, nothing was missed. I love my roof, my house looks great, no headache, I'm very satisfied, thankful, and impressed. I will definitely hire this company again in my next project, and be recommending them to other people.

I honestly don't give reviews often, and 5 star review even less; however, this is the exception! Outstanding work, great price, and awesome 5 star customer service. I had 4 companies take a look at my rental property, and Daniel Allen blew me away with his attention to detail. Where other companies spent 5-10 min before pushing "when do you want us to start" on me, Daniel took the time to check every inch of the roof. Letting me know with not only pictures, but a detailed explanation of the how's, and why's to every problem, and then more importantly the most cost effective solution to fix, and prevent issues in the future. Daniel walked me through each detail of the replacement in regards to insurance, and timelines. He was fast to respond to my questions, and personally checked up on the status of the work as it was being done. Rock City Roofing came out and completed it in a timely manner, while leaving my place and yard better than when they arrived. After it was finished, and before final payment Daniel again came out a few days later to make sure everything was not just done to their standards, but more importantly mine; again inspecting every area of the roof to ensure perfection. If you are looking for a roof let me do your homework for you. Call Rock City roofing, ask for Daniel and get it done right the first time! To sum up my experience in a few short words would be to say Professional, reliable, honest, and NOT pushy!

Rock City Roofing does high quality work with first class service! I can't say enough good things about Daniel Allen who showed up on my doorstep informing me that his business was repairing hail damage in my neighborhood and offered to check my roof. I thought what could it hurt as I hadn't planned to inspect my roof anytime soon so at least I would know what kind of condition my roof was in. It wasn't but 20 minutes later Daniel was back at my door informing me that I had hail damage on my roof. He showed me photos of the damage and proceeded to inform me it was significant enough that it should be replaced. Well it didn't take long for this likable hardworking go-getter sales rep to win me over as he proceeded to assist me in the process of initiating the repair. I wasn't committed to necessarily use his roofing company for the roof replacement at the time, but as I moved on in the process of making my insurance claim Daniel was a welcomed resource of knowledge and helpful advice. I had my insurance company adjuster confirm what Daniel had discovered and the claim was quickly approved, including the code upgrades that Daniel indicated my insurance company would also approve. There were a couple of "hiccups" along the way, but again Daniel assured me that everything would be fine, as it was every step of the way. I highly recommend Daniel Allen and did so with my friends and neighbors, all of whom have since secured his excellent services. I am so impressed with Rock City Roofing it was easy to enthusiastically endorse their work. From start to finish they do it right. They use high quality Certainteed products and their installation crews are hard-working and efficient. Daniel was in touch with me throughout the whole process and his informed expertise made for a great experience that would give anyone peace of mind on a major home repair.
