After using Roaming Hunger for 8 plus years. I can tell you the measly increase in our revenue was not worth the hassle. Customers always complained to us about lack of communication, paying upfront yet take over a week to get paid by them. And judging by the customers who hired me again AFTER using us through RH. The fee they charge is substantial. I do not recommend even newbies using them.
Recommendation: Avoid booking through them. Drive to popular food truck locations and ask customers who is dependable
They sold you a fake product rich in features and then made sure getting a refund was next to impossible – classic fraud. Dispute the charge for “item not as described” if you paid by credit card. There are contractor groups out there, give them a good reputation. Business like this are banking on people accepting the loss so don’t allow them that level of pleasure.
