RMD Sales and Service review: The owner started to come late and didn't work hard

We fired the company RMD Sales and Service to build our house. We have thought that it would be easy for us to pay per hourand the owner of this company agreed. After we signed the contract and the man started to work, everything was fine. But recently he started to come late and worked only 3-4 hours. We said him to find other people, who would help him, but he responded in very rude manner and didn’t want to speak with us. He started to avoid our emails and messages as well.
