I just bought a pack of newports from the deli near my house. I opened the sealed pack and entered the code and it said that the code had already been entered in the system. The stamp on the bottom of the pack was also from Virginia, I live in New jersey. This is upsetting to me because it seems like somebody is opening and then re-sealing the cigarette packs as well as selling cigarettes not taxed for sale in nj. I'm scared to smoke them who knows what may have been put into them or what's touched them!? Now I don't get my points for my purchase as well!

Claimed loss: 1 pack of Newport 100's

Desired outcome: I would like a replacement pack because I won't be smoking these! I would like the points added to my rewards account at the very least. Thank you for your time.
