I ordered some cigars from Gotham Cigars and they came in all dry and flaky. I got the CAO Bragol and CAO *** Gol. The order number was #***. It was a real bummer because I was looking forward to smoking them. I hope they can do better next time.

This company is known for holding orders after payment is made. They don't follow their own shipping policies or federal law when it comes to timely shipping. According to their own policies, if a product is ordered before or after a certain time, it should be shipped out the same day or the next day. However, I have proof that they have violated their own policies at least four times. This has nothing to do with shipping time once the product has left their facility, which is understandable. The pandemic is not an excuse for not properly advertising stock availability and shipping out according to their own policy. Their policy also states that if something is out of stock, the customer should be contacted. However, I have proof that this did not happen. I had to send numerous follow-ups before I was told about my shipment. The company even blocked me from their social media when I made complaints in the comments about not receiving my product. I have kept all my emails, order confirmations, and receipts. I will not tolerate lies being spread to the ComplaintsBoard.com or any other facet to save face for poor business dealings. This company is super unethical with their shipping practices and there are screenshots, voicemails, and emails to back up my account. Simply communicating and shipping properly can avoid all of this, but when a staff member is lazy and lacks accountability, this is what you get. I keep everything. The last thing this company wants is to be caught in a lie.
