Rizzetta & Company is a company that I had some experiences with. I had some issues with them regarding my drones and parking my boats. Unfortunately, they were not able to help me out with these issues. It seemed like they wanted to control everything, but they couldn't. Instead of finding a solution, they tried to extort money from me by using lawyers fees. It was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

This company, Rizzetta & Company, ain't worth a dime for any HOA to even think about. Copperstone in Parrish had them for years and we're finally able to kick 'em to the curb along with their buddies Ryland Builders. Y'all better watch out and be real careful if you're thinking about working with 'em.

Rizzetta & Company is a property management company that we have been working with for some time now. They have been appointed by our HOA to manage the community and we have had mixed experiences with them. On one hand, they have been helpful in resolving some issues that we have had with our property. On the other hand, we have had some concerns about their responsiveness and willingness to follow the governing documents.

One of the biggest issues we have had is with the appointed board members who seem to control everything with the help of some renters. This has led to a lack of transparency and accountability in decision-making. We have also found that the property management company is not always forthcoming with advice or answers to our questions. It can be frustrating to feel like dues-paying homeowners are not being heard or taken seriously.

Despite these challenges, we do appreciate the work that Rizzetta & Company has done to maintain our community. They have helped to keep the property looking nice and have been responsive to some of our concerns. However, we do feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and transparency.

Overall, we believe that Florida needs to do more to protect homeowners and ensure that property management companies are held accountable. Our property values are suffering and we need better laws and regulations to ensure that our communities are being managed fairly and responsibly.

I recently had an experience with Rizzetta & Company, and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant one. My home was painted, but only because the [censored]ic CAM at Fishhawk Ranch, Tonya, selectively enforced the rules. And to make matters worse, the HOA and their attorney, Defurio, filed a lawsuit against me months after the painting had been completed. It's ridiculous!

To add insult to injury, the communication with Rizzetta & Company was absolutely awful. It was worthless, to be honest. I'm pretty sure they cost the HOA more in attorney's fees than they cost me. And to make matters worse, I had to make three separate complaints about them, including their failure to provide documentation under FS 720. It's just unacceptable.

In my opinion, Rizzetta & Company is part of the cog that's causing the need for more HOA regulation. They just don't seem to care about their clients or their clients' needs. It's a shame, really. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Rizzetta & Company. I mean, I wish I had checked out their website before I got elected to my HOA board. If I had, I would have seen all the red flags and saved myself and my community a lot of trouble. These guys just can't seem to get their act together. They're disorganized, they don't follow up, and they can't seem to keep their managers around for very long. It's like they have no idea what they're doing.

I became the President of my HOA in December, and within 30 days, I knew we had to make a change. We switched to a different company, and let me tell you, we've been so much happier ever since. I mean, if Rizzetta offered to manage our HOA for free, I'd still say no thanks. That's how bad it was.

Honestly, I've been working for 25 years, and this was the worst professional experience I've ever had. It's just a shame that we wasted so much time and money with them. If you're thinking about hiring Rizzetta & Company, I'd strongly advise against it. Trust me, you'll regret it.

This company is not the best. My family always keeps our property looking nice and clean. We take pride in our lawn and landscaping. However, we received a letter from Rizzetta & Company stating that we needed to clean our driveway or we would be charged $10 every day until it was done. I immediately cleaned the driveway and called them to make sure there would be no fine. Unfortunately, no one ever called me back. I checked their website and saw that there was a $30 fine. I called again, but still no answer. The fine then went up to $80. I was frustrated and didn't know what to do.

Finally, I was able to speak to a nice lady who told me that the person I needed to talk to was Shamil Porto. She assured me that there would be no fine. However, Mr. Porto called me on June 15th, after the two-week period to appeal anything had passed. I tried to call him back, but it took me two weeks to finally get in touch with him. Unfortunately, he was not helpful at all and was very rude. He even hung up on me. I was very disappointed with the service I received from this company.

Overall, I would not recommend Rizzetta & Company. They do not seem to care about their customers and their communication is very poor. I will continue to call them until I receive some sort of retribution.

What I know:

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Rizzetta & Company. There's this lady, Denise Shreaves or Denise Bresnick, who thinks she's some kind of hotshot enforcement officer. She drives around in a golf cart in the Mirabay community, but apparently her ride isn't even registered. And get this - she takes pictures of stuff she thinks is against the rules, but half the time she doesn't even know what she's talking about!

Take our case, for example. We have some trees that are totally fine, but she kept insisting that we were breaking the rules. Even when we showed her the exception that applied to us, she wouldn't back down. What a pain in the butt!

But that's not even the worst part. When we tried to get in touch with Rizzetta & Company to complain, they wouldn't even return our calls. We tried calling them five times, and still nothing. When we finally got through via email, they were no help at all. They just dodged our questions and let Denise Shreaves or Denise Bresnick do whatever she wanted.

Honestly, I think any HOA should be able to handle things on their own. They don't need some outside company coming in and causing trouble. I hope Mirabay realizes their mistake and gets rid of Rizzetta & Company ASAP.

Overall, I'd give these guys a 1-star rating. Actually, scratch that - make it a zero. They don't seem to know what they're doing, and they're terrible at communicating. Stay far away!
