We originally had issues but understood that Riverside Audi's Finance company as well as Audi of America tried to paralyze Riverside Audi's Operation. I was one of their first customers in 2003 when they opened and saw them grow into one of the largest Audi companies in the US. Kudos to Sean Rajan for doing a good job. I know that in 2009 they faced hard financial challenges as some people that worked at Riverside Audi told me how difficult Audi made things for Riverside. I was also faced with some open issues with them after picking up my Q7 in June 2009. Sean took care of me after time and I can see the stress on his face from their parent company Audi. Shame on Audi of America for doing such thing and not standing by one of their dealers that needed help. Audi really makes it difficult on their dealers and therefore my father in law (works for Polk) told me that Audi of America ranks one of the lowest for dealership and manufacturer satisfaction. Lets give Riverside Audi a break as I know they recently sold to new guys from Englewood. I know after 2 cars from them they always took good care of me.
