I ordered my meds online last Friday, and let me tell you, I haven't heard a peep from anyone. No person, no email, nothing. And get this, I paid a whopping $500 upfront with my credit card, and what do I have to show for it? Absolutely zilch. This whole experience has been a major letdown, and I strongly advise against using this service. Trust me, it's just not worth it.

Rite Aid, man, let me tell ya, it's been a real pain in the neck lately, especially the one up on the south hill in Spokane. I mean, seriously, trying to get these guys to pick up the phone is like trying to pull teeth. It's a total nightmare, I tell ya. You dial and dial, and it's like they're playing hide and seek or something. And if, by some miracle, you actually manage to get through, it feels like a freakin' holiday or something. It's that rare, my friend.

I don't know what's going on over there, but it's really starting to grind my gears. I mean, come on, Rite Aid, get your act together! People rely on you for their medications and stuff, and it's not cool to leave them hanging like this. It's like they don't even care, you know?

I get it, everyone has their off days, but this is getting ridiculous. It's like they're purposely avoiding answering the phone or something. Maybe they're all on a permanent vacation or they just don't give a hoot about customer service. Who knows? All I know is that it's frustrating as heck.

I mean, I'm just a regular Joe trying to get my prescriptions filled, and it shouldn't be this difficult. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops or perform magic tricks just to get a hold of someone at Rite Aid. It's their job to be there for us, to help us out when we need it. But it feels like they're playing a game of cat and mouse, and I'm the poor mouse trying to catch a break.

Look, I don't want to sound like a broken record here, but Rite Aid seriously needs to step up their game. They need to hire more staff or improve their phone system or something. Because this whole situation is driving me up the wall. I'm not asking for the moon, just a simple phone call, you know?

So, if you're thinking about heading over to Rite Aid on the south hill in Spokane, just be prepared for some serious phone tag. Don't expect them to answer right away, or even at all. It's like a game of chance, my friend. And let me tell ya, it's not a game I enjoy playing.

I gotta say, my experience with Jeff at Riteaid Pharmacy was a total bummer. I mean, seriously, if I had the power, I'd give him a big fat zero. So here's the deal, right? They sent me a text, all like, "Yo, come pick up your prescription." And I was like, "Cool, I'll be there in a jiffy."

But then, when I got there, Jeff tells me to wait for 15 minutes so they can fill my prescription. No biggie, I thought. I can handle that. But guess what? I ended up waiting for a whole freakin' 30 minutes! Can you believe it? I was starting to lose my patience, man.

Finally, when I couldn't take it anymore, I asked Jeff what the deal was. And you know what he says? He tells me they don't even have my prescription! Like, seriously? Why didn't he tell me that from the get-go? I wasted all that time waiting for nothing!

To make matters worse, I don't even drive, so I had to rely on a friend to give me a ride. Can you imagine how inconvenient that was? I felt like I was putting them out, you know? Not cool, Jeff, not cool at all.

So, I told Jeff straight up that I'll be taking my business across the street to Walgreens. And you know what he says? He's all like, "Fine with me." Can you believe the audacity? No apologies, no attempt to make things right. Just a casual "fine with me." Unbelievable.

And here's the kicker, folks. There was no sale, no receipt, nothing to show for my wasted time and inconvenience. Like, what am I supposed to do with that? It's like they don't even care about their customers, man.

So yeah, I'm definitely taking my prescriptions elsewhere from now on. Riteaid Pharmacy and Jeff, you've lost a customer. And let me tell you, I won't be recommending you to anyone.

We went to the Rite Aid Store #*** at *** Dupont Blvd. Selbyville, Del. *** and Pharmacist, Anas Eissa helped us out. There was a little issue, but this young man really stepped up and took care of everything. He went above and beyond his job, and my wife and I, who are 82 and 81 years old, really appreciate what he did. We think Rite Aid should know about his great efforts. In our opinion, Rite Aid has the best employee ever. We hope to see him again. Thank you, Ralph G and Janice Lewis.

was supposed to deliver my medicine on Monday, July 24, 2023, and somebody from the pharmacy canceled the order they said they were going to add more to the order and then they said it will be delivered today Tuesday, July 25 by 5:00 PM it has not been delivery they are playing with people's lives on high blood pressure medicine I need my medicine delivered today or I will get everything transferred to another pharmacy

that is very disrespected and very sorry on their part
