Hello,

I would suggest contacting your local customs office. Your package was not sent back to us; therefore, it has not be denied by customs. They would be able to give you the status of your package. Once it is cleared by them it will be delivered to your provided shipping address.

I have also not received my order that I placed June 30, 2015. I placed one prior to that and did not receive, but I didn't print out the receipt that time. They don't post any contact information on the web ANYWHERE! How do you get ahold of the company?

Why wouldn't the company just send another shipment? That would just be good customer service and they do guarantee satisfaction. That would nullify the negative connotation. John
