I paid $200 to get services from Rich Revenue Vacations. The package they sent me was awful. I tried to change it, but they told me that due to the agreement we signed, it is impossible. I was promised to get cash back. Till now, I still have not received my membership card, login details and refund.

Just in case anyone doesn't know Iza (Ryan's girlfriend and partner in crime). Here is a photo of her using Singaporeans hard hard-earned money to set up businesses in the Philippines.

I was scammed by him and Iza as well on Batam hotel that never complete. Paid lump sum of money & in the end simply close his company w/o notice to any of the investors. This guy is a complete scammer & has been declared bankrupt.

Made police report & been more than a year & CAD simply updated as under investigation.

All be warned to avoid this crook.

His IC number S7443125I.

You are all lucky.
Ryan Mahandran s/o Muthusamy is a stinky oily fat fish, the biggest liar under Lords sky.
He has stolen me and 10 other more than 700.000S$ in a hotel share scam.
It was the Pegasus Hotel at Turf Club in Singapore. I have staples of evidence that he broke several law as Hotel-manager. Police in Singapore see that only as small fish and say it is JUST a breach of private contract. They don't trace his tax and other crime because for them he is just a small fish.
My money now is lost to heal my wife which got Leukemia and need every day her medicine.
The insurance will stop soon paying further. I wish that her ghost will find him every night in his dreams.

Hello! I just saw this posting. I hope RRV has already paid their damages to all victims.
I just want to share about my experience with them on an employment perspective. Quick summary, they are fraudulent and dishonest and so this also reflected their treatment to all customers.

I applied for a sales trainer to their company back 2013. The interviews with Ryan and Iza went well. Iza also told me that she sometimes travel to the Philippines to recruit possible talents and will give me travel opportunities. The contract was presented to me was $4, 500SG. There was a catch, they told me that I will only receive $1, 200SG. This sounded so wrong in 2 ways: First, the salary itself is too little and second, why declare $4500SG? My sister, who was an HR admin at that time, informed that this is simply wrong. They will declare that amount so that my work pass will be approved.

At that point, I said to myself that this will not work. We made research and was shocked that Iza is already documented in Singapore government for illegal recruitment:

http://www.pinoystaronline.com/filipina-director-fined-50000/

Their dishonesty simply reflects to their wrong doing to their customers. I hope this helps in anyway it can.

Yes, I have made a police report and CASE because of this. The staff and even Ryan Mahandran is extremely rude and incapable of handling situations. I even proceed to inform Singapore Tourism Board to revoke their license. ALL ARE LIES. You can double check with Agoda, Expedia and Hotels.com. The rate are the same and some are cheaper.

I have gathered those victims to lodge the same complaint and we hope to purse this matter seriously. I will not make them proceed to gather more victims. This has to stop.

Rich Revenue Vacations Pte Ltd is indeed a lie. Please spread this around to prevent others falling to their traps.

I just join them early Sept 2013 and paid a sum of $165. I feel cheated too. It is my mistake for not checking on their background as in doing some research. I was busy working when they called me a few times without giving up. Should not have trust on a company promoting their services over the phone. I am a father of 4, $165 means a lot to me. Hope some agency can conduct a check on this company.

1) Hard Selling! Very pushy! (THEY CAN SEND YOU THE CARD IMMEDIATELY REGARDLESS OF LOCATION) LOOKS HARD UP
2) Promise the prices for booking a hotel/apartment/villa ona peak or non peak period are at a discounted rate which is supported by Booking.com. When i browse through other travel website, i found that the price are the same as what is being offered, some even cheaper than RRV!
3) Like what misjaz says, ( 400 restaurants in singapore for discounts but after getting the membership i email them for the list but it was only less than 30 restaurants.) All these CRAPS!
4) WHATEVER THEIR PROMISES IS ALL ###! THEIR BROCHURE IS LIKE A PIZZA COMPANY ADVERTISING THEIR PIZZAS, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

2 months ago I was introduced by Ms Aradhana (manager) to upgrade my membership from leisure pleasure to rich revenue vacations based in Singapore. I was informed that I only need to pay $200 for the membership as I was an existing member with leisure pleasure company which was taken over by rrv. I was promised to get cash back and also login id. However, as of today, I did not received anything. I also had recommended 10 contacts for her to call. I sent countless of sms but she either said will get back to me or did not reply. I also sent an email to them, but no reply. Is this some sort of fraud? Her email is address is aradhana.rrv@gmail.com and contact no. [protected]/ [protected].
